The Breakfast Buffet is included in the room/suite rate for 2 adults and children under 12 years of age.Between 04 sept-12 sept the price does not include Breakfast.
Breakfast for extra persons will be charged 11 euro/person/day
An extra bed added  is charged 11 euro per night
The maximum number of extra beds/cribs in a room is 1.

Any extra bed or crib must be requested and approved by management.

We offer  you the possibility to do your loundry (personal clothes)- washing machine and ironing- for 7 €

In Double rooms we accept maximum 2 adults (+ children), and in the Suites we accept maximum 3 adults (+ children)

– bed size: 2 twins (set next to each other)

Double room semi-basement:

– size: 22 sq.m.
– facilities: very cool during summer, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, bathroom with shower, free toiletries, hairdryer.
– no have balcony
– bed size: 2 twins (set next to each other) and 1 sofa bed with mattress size 90cm. x 190 cm.

Junior Suite:

– size: 42 sq.m.
– facilities: balcony, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, bathroom, bathtub, free toiletries, hairdryer.
– beds : 1 queen size bed in bedroom, and 1 extendible sofa bed in living room

Junior Suite with kitchenette:

– size: 42 sq.m.
– facilities: balcony, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, bathroom, bathtub, free toiletries, hairdryer.
kitchenette- refrigerator,electric stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, cutlery and plates.- beds: 1 queen size bed in bedroom, and 1 extendible sofa bed in living room

Both rooms and Suites offer the possibility to prepare tea and instant coffee (electric kettle)

Prepayment:

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking.

Cancellation:

– If cancelled or modified up to 18 days before date of arrival, the fee will be refunded.
– If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the booking fee is non-refundable.
